Yes, quite often there is a need for a special device configuration. In this case, please send your wishes in any form (text, drawing, photo, etc.). We will contact you and offer a device configuration that does not contradict the safety requirements and technological capabilities of the factory.

Can I install the distribution board myself?
Yes, it is quite possible to install the board yourself. It does not require special skills. It is enough to attach the board to the wall or other base and connect the cable. More details can be seen in the video at the link.
Can the distribution board work outdoors?
Yes. All our equipment has a minimum degree of protection IP44, it means, that it is sufficiently protected from rain and dust. Equipment cases are made of plastic, resistant to UV and other weather conditions.
Are socket boards accepted by ElektriLevi or other regulatory authorities?
Socket boards are tested at the factory after assembly. The manufacturer issues a certificate of conformity to the IEC 61439 standard. This is enough for the controlling organizations to take the shields into operation.
Do I need to buy additional components for the devices or is everything included?
All necessary accessories are included with each distribution board and each charging station. When installing the charging station or distribution board, no special tools are required.
The power connection of the selected device at the installation site is carried out from the cable line stretched from the switchboard. The cable and accessories for mounting the cable line are not included in the scope of supply.
How to choose a charging station?
First you need to decide on the installation location. For public places, we recommend contacting us for advice. If you need a station for individual use at home, then you need to know how much power you can allocate. If there are no restrictions, we recommend choosing 22kW, if the power is not enough, then 11 kW. If you need more information, contact us, we will help you find the device that you need. Can I install the charging station myself?
Yes, it is quite possible to install the charging station yourself. It does not require special skills nor tools. It is enough to attach the device to a wall or other base and connect the cable. More details can be seen in manuals (also here and here), which are available in each product card. Also on the site there is a video on installing the charging station. In case of any doubts it is recommended to contact an electrician.
How long will the car take to charge from the charging station?
The charging process depends on the capacity of the car battery, its condition and the power that is allocated for charging. On average, a full charge cycle of an electric vehicle is 2 to 8 hours.
Are wiring changes necessary when installing a charging station?
The charging station needs a separate cable, which is connected to the house switchboard with a separate protection device. Changes to the switchboard can only be carried out by electricians.
How to pay for electricity to charge a car?
If the charging station is installed in a private house, then a separate account is not required. The cost of charging the car is included in the total electricity bill.
